International SOS, Harvard's Emergency Response Program provides medical and security advice and referrals and emergency evacuation services to eligible Harvard travelers abroad. To ensure access to these services, it is crucial that all international travel be registered in the International SOS MyTrips platform.

Through International SOS, Harvard travelers also have access to country-specific information.

If you need medical or security help while abroad in a Harvard-related trip:

1. Call the equivalent of '911', if appropriate
    
2. Contact International SOS by phone at +1 617-998-0000, or start a chat or phone call through the Assistance App. Case managers are available to assist you 24/7.
