Semester Study Abroad
Steps to Studying Abroad
Everyone can study abroad with careful planning (Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors who are in good standing are eligible for semester and/or academic year study abroad)!
Keep the following in mind before applying:
- Reach out to a Student Advisor or Student Ambassador to hear about their time abroad
- Read about your peers’ experiences abroad in program evaluations
- Identify your goals for study abroad and identify 1-2 programs that align with them
- Speak with your academic advisor(s) to understand concentration and/or secondary field-related details as you narrow down your study abroad options
- Meet with an OIE Advisor during drop-ins to discuss your plans and next steps!
