Through the School for Field Studies: Sustaining Traditions: Food, Farming, and Climate program, students will take a combination of courses on food systems and resource management, food systems ecology, the future of agriculture, and a semester-long directed research project. This is a field-based program, where your classrooms and labs are among Italy's vineyards, citrus groves, forests, coastal lagoons and more.
