(Chile, Santiago) IES Santiago: Politics, Social Justice & Language
While in Santiago, you'll be immersed into daily Chilean life while continuing to work on your Spanish language studies and engaging in the region's political topics. Explore Chile's layered sociopolitical landscape, including student activism, the arts as a form of resistance, human rights issues, and its extensive and impressive literary world. You'll take a combination of IES-taught courses and courses you'll enroll in at two of the most prestigious universities in Latin America. Through living with a homestay, or in a residential hall with other international students, you'll fully engage in Chilean life.
LANGUAGE PREREQUISITE = 4 semesters of college-level Spanish or equivalent
