(France, Avignon) Bryn Mawr College - Institut d'Avignon

Situated in the medieval city of Avignon, in the south of France, you'll take intensive summer courses in advanced French and Francophone studies, and also in Theater studies. You'll select two courses to take over the six-week program, from the 5 upper-division courses and 3 graduate seminars (two of which are accessible to selected undergraduate students) offered in French studies and in Theatre studies. You'll have the unique opportunity to attend Avignon's world-famous theater festival, which takes place during the last three weeks of the program (showcasing more than 1,500 plays!).
