How to Apply

Application: Harvard students seeking admission to Hertford College's Visiting Student Program must (1) carefully review Hertford's application guide and additional documents (2) submit a completed application form with supporting materials by February 6, 2026. All materials must be submitted by the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Drop-ins will resume in September 1 at our new location: 54 Dunster St., 3rd floor.

Drop-In Hours (during the academic year)
In-Person: Monday - Thursday, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Virtual: Thursdays, 2:00-4:00 p.m. (starting Sept. 10)
