How to Apply

Application: Harvard students seeking admission to Hertford College's Visiting Student Program must (1) carefully review Hertford's application guide and additional documents (2) submit a completed application form with supporting materials by February 6, 2026. All materials must be submitted by the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.

Drop-ins will resume in September.

Drop-In Hours (during the academic year) 
In-Person: Monday - Thursday, 2:00-4:00 p.m. 
Virtual: Thursdays, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
